Luz joined Rain Capital in 2021 with more than 20 years of service-related experience in the investment management industry. At Rain Capital, she supports the daily operations of all client accounts and interacts with service providers. She acts as a liaison between our clients and custodians, administrators, financial institutions, and investment managers / partnerships. Her duties include responding to client service requests such as money transfers, account transfers, trade requests and reconciliation, as well as monitoring client cash needs, setting up new accounts and quarterly reporting. Prior to Rain Capital, Luz was a Client Relationship Associate at Ferguson Wellman Capital Management, where she provided client support to four of the firm’s portfolio managers.
